The group as an operative tool in the functioning of a therapeutic équipe which works in Institutions oriented by Psychoanalysis
Abstract
This article examines the theme of the group as an operative tool of a therapeutic équipe which works in Institutions oriented by psychoanalysis.
Freud is the starting point, then it follows the contribution of W.R. Bion, and it is finally presented the application of the concept of the group without a leader used by Lacan in the field of the Cartel’s device.
There are also shown two clinical experiences which took place in two Institutions, called Ce.cli (Clinic Centre of Psychotherapy and Applied Psychoanalysis), and DAI (Eating Disorders in Institution).
